Or for this Holiday season are you gifting someone who is a sports lover a special jersey of their favorite team and need a framing to add that special touch to it? Then come support FOUR by making a consultation or stopping by Portland Creative Framing on May 30, 2026! A percentage of sales received from Portland Creative Framing on this day will also go to FOUR which will help fund our operations and staff so we can engage in utility matters on behalf of our state’s small business customers. We are thankful to Portland Creative Framing for collaborating with FOUR for this fundraising event.<\/p>\n

FOUR is dedicated to providing consistent representation of the small business customer class to ensure fair and reasonable rates in Oregon. And as the temperatures reach freezing degrees and small businesses rely on their utility service to provide a comfortable space for their customer base, it is important that businesses like Portland Creative Framing are represented in discussions that involve utility rate increases or other proceedings that impact utility service regulation.<\/p>\n
