Join FOUR for a cup of coffee Saturday morning (9/14 ) and help us kick off Hispanic Heritage Month at Cafe Zamora! This East Portland Guatemalan-owned small business has been serving high-quality coffee since 2019. We are thankful to Cafe Zamora and its owner, Hector, for providing FOUR a space to share our work with coffee lovers and small business supporters.

FOUR will be providing information on the need for consistent representation of the small business customer class to ensure fair and reasonable rates in Oregon. It is important that businesses like Cafe Zamora are represented in discussions that involve utility rate increases. Many utility companies have asked to increase utility rates since 2024, heavily impacting the small business customer class. Read our newsletter for more info!
